Messages may relate to your existing services, including but not limited to Document and information requests; ERC claim updates; IRS correspondence notifications; Billing and payment reminders.
Consent to receive SMS messages is completely optional
and is not required to obtain services from ERC Pros. Customers may engage with
our services without providing consent for SMS communications.
You may opt in to receive SMS messages through one or more of the following methods:

a form on our website and checking an optional SMS consent checkbox
that is not pre-selected
· Signing
a written consent form that clearly authorizes SMS communication
· Providing
verbal consent, which is documented in our internal records
